SHIPPING POLICY

• Knot & Home will ship orders within 2-5 business days. Longer times may occur for macrame orders as they are made to order. Please refer your tracking number for details on estimated arrival date. We currently do not ship internationally but hope to in the near future.

LOCAL DELIVERY

• For your convenience, Knot & Home will deliver free to your home or business within 20 miles from La Palma, California for purchases over $50. Please select Local Delivery from the shipping options at checkout. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Longer times may occur for macrame orders as they are made to order. 

LOCAL PICK UP

• We have recently included free local pickup in La Palma, CA. Non-macrame orders can be picked up within 24-48 hours. We will do our best to include macrame items for pick up by then otherwise please allow 3-5 business days as they are made to order. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
