Refund policy

As a small business, we value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept the exchange or return of any unused items within 14 business days. Items should be in the original condition, unused, with tags attached. Shipping fees incurred to send back to us is the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received, we will submit a refund for the cost of the product or ship at no extra cost the products for the exchange.

Email us with your order number at info@knotandhome.com in order to receive approval to mail the item back along with the address to ship the item. Please send the item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address provided. If you have requested an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days to send out the replacement item.

If you have received a product with a defect or that has been damaged during shipment, we will happily replace it or refund the price as long as the item is returned within 10 business days.
