Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Knot & Home will ship orders within 5 business days when order is placed. Longer times may occur for macrame orders as they are made to order. Please refer to your tracking number for details on estimated arrival date. We currently do not ship internationally but hope to in the near future.

  • Free economy shipping within the U.S. for orders over $75. Shipping can take up to 8 business days once shipped.

    LOCAL DELIVERY

    • For your convenience, Knot & Home will deliver free to your home or business within 20 miles from La Palma, California for purchases over $75. Please select Local Delivery from the shipping options at checkout. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Longer times may occur for macrame orders as they are made to order. 

    LOCAL PICK UP

    • For the holiday season only, we will offer free local pickup in La Palma, CA. Non-macrame orders can be picked up within 24-48 hours. We will do our best to include macrame items for pick up by then otherwise please allow 3-5 business days as they are made to order. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. 

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    • As a small business, we value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept the exchange or return of any unused items within 30 business days. Items should be in the original condition, unused, with tags attached. Shipping fees incurred to send back to us is the responsibility of the customer.  Once the item is received, we will submit a refund for the cost of the product (not included shipping charges). For exchanges, we will ship at no extra cost the products for the exchange. 

    HOW TO RETURN FOR CREDIT OR REFUND

    • Email us with your order number at info@knotandhome.com in order to receive approval to mail the item back along with the address to ship the item. Please send the item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address provided. If you have requested an exchange, please allow up to 7 business days to send out the replacement item.

    FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

    • If you have received a product with a defect or that has been damaged during shipment, we will happily replace it or refund the price as long as the item is returned within 14 business days.
